Phenomenal! Very well constructed letter. The Council must now seriously look at this and some wider implications…..If the Council decides to make a decision in favour of the developer, the matter should be put before a higher scrutineer. I need not elaborate.

Absolutely brilliant letter. All the points made really cannot / should not be ignored by the Council and if they choose to – then I agree that the matter should be put forward to a higher authority. Thank you to everyone for their hard work.
